SMA Energy Solution – Turkey, 2018

The residential market in Turkey is growing. One of our EPC customers, DRK Enerji, has installed a couple of residential projects in Izmir, and Sunny Tripower 5.0 inverters—a new product from SMA—were being used for the projects. The PV energy produced each day is consumed and the excess energy is sold to the grid. The system enables carbon emissions to be cut by 5.3 tons each year.
